At Kamdhenu Dairy, we take the same care in delivering your order as we do in making our ghee. Every jar is packed securely and handed over to trusted shipping partners to ensure it reaches you fresh, intact, and on time. This policy explains everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver Pan India — to all states and union territories across India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your pincode, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day
You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch notification on your registered email or WhatsApp number

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Metro Cities — 3 to 5 working days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities — 5 to 7 working days
Remote or Rural Areas — 7 to 10 working days

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above a minimum order value (displayed at checkout)
For orders below the minimum value, a standard shipping charge will be applied and shown clearly at checkout before payment
No hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay

5. Packaging

Every order from Kamdhenu Dairy is packed with care:

Food-grade, tamper-proof jars
Bubble wrap or foam protection for safe transit
Sealed outer packaging to prevent leakage or damage
Each package is labelled with your delivery address and order details

We take packaging seriously because we know your ghee has to travel far to reach your kitchen.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive:

A tracking number via email or WhatsApp
The name of the courier partner handling your delivery
A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

If you do not receive tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

High volume periods such as festivals or sales
Weather disruptions or natural events
Courier partner operational delays
Remote delivery locations

In case of significant delay, please reach out to us and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf.

8. Failed or Missed Delivery

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful:

The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
After failed attempts the package may be held at the nearest courier facility for pickup
If the package is returned to us due to wrong address or repeated failed delivery, re-shipping charges will apply

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

Take a clear photo or video of the package and product immediately upon opening

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as per our Refund & Return Policy

10. International Shipping

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We will update this policy when international delivery becomes available.
